The business unit designs and delivers complete substations for distribution and transmission grids. We are interested to learn more about you and what you can contribute with so dont hesitate to apply even though you dont fulfil all requirements.The position is based in Vaasa, Finland, and requires working from the office.<\/p>\n<p>**How You&#8217;ll Make an Impact**<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; You will be managing the documentation deliverables within projects based on company&#8217;s\/project&#8217;s documentation requirements, estimate costs, risks, and follow-up of these throughout a project.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; You will be the main contact point within company and towards customers and other stakeholders when it comes to documentation requirements and defining requirements for vendors.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Administrate and check documentation in projects related primarily to technical matters in document management systems.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Reviews documents towards requirements and interacts with the engineering functions that have generated the documents.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; You will be involved in continuously monitoring and follow-up planned project documentation delivery throughout project execution, by clear reporting and regular contact with stakeholders. Based on project phase, also store or submit project documentation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Identify the risk and opportunity, make contributions to the continuous improvement works.<\/p>\n<p>**Your background**<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Bachelors degree; engineering background preferred.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; At least 3 years experience in documentation management.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Skilled with document management and database systems.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Strong verbal and written communication abilities.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Fluent in Finnish.
