As a Shift Manager, you will lead by example, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high operational standards throughout each shift.<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities include supervising and training staff, coordinating daily operations, managing shift schedules, monitoring service quality, and resolving operational challenges in a fast-paced environment. You will also assist with inventory management, stock control, ordering supplies, and monitoring operational costs. Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, quick decision-making abilities, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure while motivating the team to achieve shared goals.<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a candidate with at least three years of experience in the restaurant industry, proven leadership abilities, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
