Are you passionate about industrial electrification, working closely with customers and seeing real-world impact from your work?If yes, you might be the Integration and Commissioning Engineer we are looking for.We are now looking for an Integration and Commissioning Engineer to join our growing Engineering and Development team in Tampere. In this role, you will help bring advanced battery and electrification systems into operation together with our engineering team and customers.What you’ll be doingAs an Integration and Commissioning Engineer, you will work closely with our engineering team, production, customers and partners to ensure successful implementation of our products and systems.Your responsibilities will include:\u00b7 Prototype assembly, system integration, testing and commissioning of battery and electrification systems\u00b7 Troubleshooting, root cause analysis and technical support during development and customer projects\u00b7 Collaboration with customers and partners to ensure smooth delivery and integration of new solutionsThis is a hands-on engineering role where practical problem-solving skills are highly valued. Your work will take place primarily in our development and testing environments, with occasional opportunities to support integration, commissioning and troubleshooting activities at customer sites.What we are looking forWe will provide training on our products and technologies, but we especially value candidates who bring hands-on technical experience, a strong personal interest in engineering or electronics and a practical mindset. Interest and experience gained through hobbies or personal projects related to electrification, vehicles, electronics or automation are considered a strong advantage.To succeed in this role, you are:\u00b7 Proactive, self-driven and comfortable taking ownership of your work\u00b7 Comfortable troubleshooting and solving technical challenges in a fast-paced engineering environment\u00b7 Organized, flexible and motivated by seeing solutions move from concept to real-world operationSkills and experience appreciatedWe value experience in:\u00b7 Hands-on installation, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of complex electrical, electronic or mechatronic systems\u00b7 Mobile machinery, industrial equipment or other customer-focused system delivery environments\u00b7 Communication protocols, automation technologies and electrification-related systems such as CAN, PLCs, high-voltage or battery systemsAdditional experience in power electronics, embedded systems, verification & validation and \/ or functional safety is considered a huge advantage.Fluency in English and \/ or Finnish is required.The role includes occasional travel, so willingness and ability to travel internationally is expected.What we offerJoining us means becoming part of Celltech Group, one of the leading industrial battery and battery system suppliers in the Nordic countries.
