What can you expect?<\/p>\n

1. Preparatory online language course up to German B1 in Finland, with financial support by TMS and employer, starting in October 2026.<\/p>\n

2. Further language courses up to level B2 in Germany sponsored by employer. With level B2 official recognition of your qualification in Germany.<\/p>\n

– Working contract from spring 2027 on (limited until recognition, unlimited after)<\/p>\n

– Salary before recognition: EUR 2.900 gross<\/p>\n

– Salary after recognition: from EUR 3.800 to EUR 4.000 gross plus shift allowance (and depending on workplace e.g. intensive care)<\/p>\n

– 38,5 working hours\/week<\/p>\n

– min. 30 days holiday (plus public holidays)<\/p>\n

– Relocation allowance sponsored by TMS and\/or employer<\/p>\n

– Affordable accommodation will be organised for the start if desired<\/p>\n

– Professional on-boarding and mentoring<\/p>\n

– Further benefits (health promotion at workplace and preferred treatment in all hospitals belonging to the group)<\/p>\n

What should you bring?<\/p>\n

– Finnish Bachelor of Healthcare\/Registered Nurse.<\/p>\n

– Min. 2 years work experience ideally in a hospital (experience in intensive care is an asset).<\/p>\n

– No German knowledge needed, English is an asset.<\/p>\n

– Nationality of an EU country, Norway or Iceland \u2013 or EU permanent resident title.<\/p>\n

– Willingness to learn German intensively for approx. 6 months, several hours a day.<\/p>\n
