This role will support the delivery of all site logistics servicesincluding access control, traffic management, hoisting, waste, material handling, temporary electrics and temporary facilitiesensuring cost control, risk mitigation, and contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\nCommercial Oversight of Logistics Services:<br \/>\nManage the commercial delivery of logistics subcontractor packages (e.g., site infrastructure, site compound, craneage, waste removal, laydown areas, security, cleaning, access control).<br \/>\nMonitor logistics-related procurement and services in line with project milestones and contract deliverables.<br \/>\nOversee the submission and valuation of payment applications, change orders, and variations.<br \/>\nCost Management &#038; Budgeting:<br \/>\nMaintain detailed cost control, forecasting, and reporting for logistics packages.<br \/>\nTrack and report on actual spend vs. budgets, and flag early warnings and commercial risks.<br \/>\nPrepare monthly commercial reports, CVRs, and cash flow forecasts for logistics scope.<\/p>\n<p>Contract Administration &#038; Compliance:<br \/>\nDraft and administer subcontracts or supply agreements related to logistics services.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with relevant Finnish regulations, site logistics agreements, and client-specific standards.<br \/>\nReview and manage claims, extensions of time (EOTs), and commercial risk issues.<br \/>\nProcurement &#038; Vendor Coordination:<br \/>\nSupport procurement of temporary works equipment and services (generators, fencing, traffic control systems, access gates, etc.).<br \/>\nEvaluate and negotiate supplier quotations, lead commercial clarification processes.<br \/>\nEnsure robust documentation and compliance with procurement governance.<br \/>\nInterface &#038; Collaboration<br \/>\nCollaborate with the main contractor, client logistics manager, and internal teams to ensure aligned delivery.<br \/>\nAct as the point of contact for all commercial discussions relating to logistics services.<br \/>\nParticipate in commercial meetings and support resolution of issues on-site.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &#038; Experience:<br \/>\nDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.<br \/>\nMinimum 5 years of experience in commercial management within construction logistics, site support services, or large infrastructure projects.<br \/>\nPrevious experience on data centre, industrial, or high-tech construction preferred.<br \/>\nUnderstanding of Finnish construction law, especially YSE 1998 and EU public procurement practices.<br \/>\nFamiliarity with logistics-specific subcontract scopes and supply chains.<br \/>\nProficient in cost reporting tools<\/p>\n<p>Desirable:<br \/>\nExperience with hyperscale or mission-critical projects in the Nordics or Europe.<br \/>\nUnderstanding of Finnish logistics legislation, including waste handling and traffic regulation on construction sites.<br \/>\nFluency in English is essential; Finnish is a strong advantage.<br \/>\nValid Ty\u00f6turvallisuuskortti (Finnish Occupational Safety Card) or willingness to obtain.<\/p>\n<p>Key Competencies:<br \/>\nStrong commercial awareness with logistics operational understanding.<br \/>\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.<br \/>\nProactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams under pressure.<br \/>\nCollaborative approach with a
