This role can be based in Vaasa, Lappeenranta, Tampere, or Helsinki.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the Local Service Unit (LSU) Sales Manager, youll have the opportunity to build, lead and grow a newly formed customer-facing service sales team. With strong support around you, youll play a key role in expanding our service customer base and strengthening long term relationships through the sale of service agreements, maintenance solutions, lifecycle services and digital offerings.<\/p>\n<p>This is a role for someone who enjoys leading people, influencing customers, and creating value over the full asset lifecycle\u2014not just closing a single deal.<\/p>\n<p>**How youll make an impact**<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Leading, coaching and developing a team of service sales professionals, creating a motivated, high-performance culture.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Visiting customer sites for face-to-face meetings, site surveys and relationship building.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Executing a service sales plan, focused on growth, installed base penetration, renewals and new customer acquisition.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Managing the CRM pipeline, ensuring strong opportunity qualification, healthy pipeline coverage and accurate reporting.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Interpreting customer requirements and enquiry documentation, contributing to bid \/ no bid decisions and shaping winning service solutions.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Building trusted, long term customer relationships, understanding their operational challenges and positioning Hitachi Energy as a lifecycle partner.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Supporting your team in customer meetings and negotiations, providing commercial and technical guidance when needed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Working closely with Service Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management and Commercial teams to ensure sellable, deliverable and profitable service solutions.<\/p>\n<p>**Your background**<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant area or equivalent experience and the credibility to engage confidently with technical customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Experience selling services or solutions rather than standalone products, ideally in energy, utilities, transmission, distribution or industrial environments.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Proven experience as a people manager, with a passion for developing and coaching sales talent.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 A strong track record in service sales, particularly new service business and long-term contract sales is seen as an advantage.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Knowledge of substation environments, High Voltage and Transformer Services is seen as a plus.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 The ability to articulate service value \u2014 reliability, performance, lifecycle cost and risk reduction.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Excellent communication skills in Finnish and in English.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Confidence using Office 365 tools, Salesforce CRM systems to manage performance and pipeline.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"te-palvelut-info\">\n<div class=\"te-palvelut-row\"><span class=\"te-palvelut-hdr\">Employment relationship:<\/span><span class=\"te-palvelut-text\">Employment <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"te-palvelut-row\"><span class=\"te-palvelut-hdr\">Wage:<\/span><span class=\"te-palvelut-text\">Other <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"te-palvelut-row\"><span class=\"te-palvelut-hdr\">Traveling:<\/span><span class=\"te-palvelut-text\">The job involves travel<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"te-palvelut-row\"><span class=\"te-palvelut-hdr\">Number of positions:<\/span><span class=\"te-palvelut-text\">1<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"te-palvelut-row\"><span class=\"te-palvelut-hdr\">Notes for applying:<\/span><span class=\"te-palvelut-text\">**More about us**<\/p>\n<p>Build a team.
