In UPM&#8217;s Finance &#038; Control team, you wont just be learning theory\u2014you will gain practical, real-world project experience in financial processes, systems, and transformations within a truly global environment.<\/p>\n<p>You will work closely with experienced project specialists who will guide and support you, while you contribute to meaningful project activities from day one. This is a brilliant opportunity to continue building your expertise in financial processes by participating in multiple project activities ranging from process documentation and systems testing to data migrations and cutover preparations.<\/p>\n<p>Work tasks<br \/>\n&#8211; Supporting finance data migration activities (including data preparation, data cleansing, data mappings, validation, reconciliation, and data migration audit documentation).<br \/>\n&#8211; Implementing defined process and system changes to meet specific project needs.<br \/>\n&#8211; Assisting in testing financial systems and processes to ensure full readiness for go-live phases.<br \/>\n&#8211; Helping to document finance processes, prepare training materials, and support training delivery.<br \/>\n&#8211; Participating in go-live and post-go-live support activities for finance teams.<br \/>\n&#8211; Working and collaborating closely with experienced colleagues in an international project environment.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A recent graduate or a final-year student of University studies in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or Business Administration.<br \/>\n&#8211; Good foundational knowledge and at least 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting and reporting processes.<br \/>\n&#8211; Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and conceptualize complex processes and data flows.<br \/>\n&#8211; Good IT skills: proficiency in standard MS Office tools is required.
