**KeyStaff is looking for experienced CNC machinists for its client in the Tampere region. The position is in a stable, long-term industrial environment where quality and expertise matter more than volume.**<\/p>\n

The client is a well-established and respected machine shop specializing in demanding, high-precision machining in small batches. The order book extends far into the future, ensuring strong long-term stability.<\/p>\n

**CNC Machinist Role**<\/p>\n

We are looking for several CNC machinists to work in versatile and challenging machining tasks. The role is highly independent, where part production, setups, and programming are in your hands.<\/p>\n

**What the job includes**<\/p>\n

– CAM programming<\/p>\n

– Tool selection and machine setups<\/p>\n

– Demanding small batches and single-part production<\/p>\n

– Machining of large components (300\u20138000 kg)<\/p>\n

– All lifting and handling done with overhead cranes \u2013 no manual heavy lifting<\/p>\n

– Work on 5-axis machining centers and lathes<\/p>\n

**We expect from you**<\/p>\n

– Solid experience in CNC machining (minimum 5 years)<\/p>\n

– Independent CAM programming skills (experience with GibbsCAM and MillCAM is an advantage)<\/p>\n

– Experience with large component machining and safety procedures<\/p>\n

– Accuracy, structured working style, and a responsible attitude<\/p>\n

– Fluent Finnish or English language skills<\/p>\n
