You will play a key role in shaping end\u2011to\u2011end product\u00a0quality across our integrated product portfolio and work closely with product teams.\u00a0This is an influential role where you ensure reliable releases and long\u2011term product quality from requirements to release, while continuously improving quality practices across teams.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In this role,\u00a0you report directly to the CTO,\u00a0Timo\u00a0Kaltio.\u00a0The role is based in\u00a0<strong>Finland<\/strong>, where you can work fully remotely or\u00a0in\u00a0a hybrid model from one of our offices\u00a0in\u00a0Turku, Tampere, Kotka,\u00a0or Oulu.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong>What you will work on:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Owning\u00a0consistent,\u00a0end\u2011to\u2011end quality of the\u00a0full\u00a0integrated product portfolio from requirements to release across teams\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Leading the adoption of test automation and AI in testing, and driving continuous improvement through quality engineering initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective actions\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Driving continuous improvement and adoption of QA processes, standards, tools, and governance to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes across all teams\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Overseeing testing, validation, defect management, and verification on product and portfolio level\u00a0and contributing to release readiness decisions\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Defining\u00a0quality metrics and monitoring test coverage, quality status, trends, and KPIs\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Coaching teams to follow strong quality practices, building quality capability and know\u2011how across teams\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Communicating quality\u00a0objectives\u00a0and status clearly, and coordinating quality expectations and practices with internal teams, customers, and external partners\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/><strong>What helps you succeed in this role:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Solid experience in QA\/QC and quality\u00a0engineering,\u00a0with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing practices, agile development, and the SDLC\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proven\u00a0experience applying test automation and AI to software quality practices in a similar role\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience working with quality metrics, defect management, and continuous improvement\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to define, document, and communicate clear quality\u00a0objectives\u00a0to different stakeholders, both internal and external\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A proactive, improvement\u2011oriented way of working and comfort coordinating across teams\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A relevant degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; a master\u2019s degree is preferred\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Fluency in English\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<br \/>Cadmatic as an employer:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>A stable, global company with a long history, strong future, and cutting\u2011edge software solutions.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A friendly, supportive, and truly multicultural work environment where we succeed together.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Autonomy, ownership, and trust: you\u2019re encouraged to do your best work and develop professionally.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Competitive benefits and flexible working practices that support work\u2011life balance.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>An engineer\u2011minded, people\u2011first culture\u00a0\u2014\u00a0we take our work seriously but also enjoy ourselves along the way.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/><strong>Join our growth journey!\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>Delight us with your application by <strong>14 June<\/strong> 2026.
