If you enjoy working with data, optimizing processes, communicating with partners, and finding efficient solutions in a dynamic logistics environment, you might be the person we are looking for.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u>Your main tasks will be:<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daily monitoring of warehouse operations and key KPIs across CEE countries<\/li>\n<li>Stock control and resolution of discrepancies between warehouse reports and system data<\/li>\n<li>Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions<\/li>\n<li>Coordination and resolution of logistics claims (missing, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect deliveries)<\/li>\n<li>Communication with external warehouses (3PL providers), carriers, and internal Customer Service teams<\/li>\n<li>Supervision of return processes and resolution of system-related issues<\/li>\n<li>Forecasting of stock levels, inbound\/outbound flows, and warehouse capacities<\/li>\n<li>Warehousing process analysis and identification of improvement opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of complete wheel assembly processes (CDB)<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring pallet operations and reporting pallet account balances<\/li>\n<li>Participation in stocktaking activities and warehouse safety\/quality audits<\/li>\n<li>Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em><u>Who You Are:<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset and ability to work with data<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while following established procedures and instructions<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel<\/li>\n<li>Communicative level of English for daily work in an international environment<\/li>\n<li>Additional European language skills (German or French) are considered an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP\/WMS systems and EDI communication is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel abroad as required and be an active driver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u>What do we offer for it<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Work full time<\/p>\n<p>Salary\u00a0by agreement<\/p>\n<p>Benefits:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 5 weeks of vacation,<br \/>\u00a0\u2022 5 sick days,<br \/>\u00a0\u2022 Meal allowance,<br \/>\u00a0\u2022 Benefits for sports, culture, and leisure activities through the Pluxee Cafeteria program,<br \/>\u00a0\u2022 Company laptop and mobile phone,<br \/>\u00a0\u2022 Language courses fully covered by the employer,<br \/>\u00a0\u2022 MultiSport card available,<br \/>\u00a0\u2022 Contribution to pension insurance,<br \/>\u00a0\u2022 Annual performance-based financial bonus,<br \/>\u00a0\u2022 A unique <em>Hakkapeliitta spirit<\/em> of a Finnish company.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u>Why Join Us:<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Tradition and innovation:<\/strong> Our history dates back to 1898.
