**Role Overview**<\/p>\n

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers via inbound channels (voice and email). The role focuses on handling billing, account-related inquiries, and other customer service topics, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.<\/p>\n

**Key Responsibilities**<\/p>\n

– Handle inbound customer interactions via phone and email in a professional and timely manner<\/p>\n

– Provide support on **billing, invoices, and payment-related inquiries**<\/p>\n

– Assist customers with **account-related topics and general service requests**<\/p>\n

– Investigate and resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams when needed<\/p>\n

– Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions in internal systems<\/p>\n

– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving<\/p>\n

– Follow internal processes and client guidelines to ensure service quality and compliance<\/p>\n

– Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives<\/p>\n

**Requirements**<\/p>\n

– **Language skills:** C1 in Finnish + B2 English<\/p>\n

– Strong **communication skills** (both written and verbal)<\/p>\n

– Good **PC skills**, including MS Office package<\/p>\n

– Previous experience in **customer service** is preferred<\/p>\n

– Experience in **contract\/account management** is a plus<\/p>\n

– Experience with **billing, invoicing, or payment processes** is an advantage<\/p>\n

– Proactive mindset and customer-oriented approach<\/p>\n

– Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently<\/p>\n

– Availability for shift work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

– **Ability to work from the office in Gda\u0144sk**<\/p>\n

– **Ability to work full-time**<\/p>\n
