At Bluefors, we are looking for a Director, Measurement Infrastructure to lead a critical engineering domain at the intersection of RF technology, cryogenics, and product development. Keep reading!As the Director, Measurement Infrastructure, you will lead the end-to-end product development domain within advanced cryogenic systemsowning the journey from validated Proof of Concept to scalable, high-performance products. You will be part of Bluefors&#8217; Offering Development function the organisation that takes technology from research into market-ready products. In this role, you are accountable for technical excellence, delivery, quality, and cost across the portfolio, ensuring solutions perform reliably in ultra-low-temperature and high-sensitivity environments.
