For our client we are looking for a Test Automation Developer.<\/p>\n
Your responsibilities:
\n– Develop, maintain, and improve test automation and CI pipelines
\n– Test case development for new features in industrial drives
\n– Analyze failures and lead root-cause investigations independently
\n– Participate in improving testing practices, tools, and processes
\n– Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment<\/p>\n
Your background:
\n– They are looking for a test-oriented mindset and willingness to build your career steps around test automation. You dont necessarily need long experience, but you should have a solid foundation and strong motivation to learn.<\/p>\n
Required qualifications:
\n– Basic understanding of embedded software development and experience in software development – Hands-on experience of the following: Jenkins, Git, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
\n– Basic knowledge of electrical engineering \/ electronics
\n– Good communication skills in English and team working skills
\n– Self-driven and proactive attitude – Willingness and ability to learn continuously
\n– Ability to take ownership and lead technical investigations independently<\/p>\n
Considered as an advantage:
\n– Knowledge of industrial automation, PLC ecosystems and industrial fieldbuses
\n– Stronger programming skills: Ability to develop and debug frameworks, libraries, scripts
\n– Experience in: Test automation frameworks, CI\/CD pipeline development
\n– Experience working as: Scrum Master or team lead (team facilitation skills)
\n– Finnish skills<\/p>\n
Working environment:
\n– Team of ~7 testing and industrial automation experts
\n– Office at Pit\u00e4j\u00e4nm\u00e4ki (hybrid model, minimum 2 days a week at office)<\/p>\n
Location: Helsinki, Finland
\nAllocation: 100 %
\nStart date: As soon as possible
\nEnd date: Not set, likely at least one year
\nLanguage: Fluent in English<\/p>\n
