Work tasks<\/p>\n

As an Applied AI Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing AI-driven solutions, focusing on agentic frameworks and systems thinking to automate complex processes and ensure high-quality AI outputs.
\n– Design and implement autonomous workflows using agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain).
\n– Read, debug, and validate outputs from AI agents to ensure high-quality code.
\n– Deconstruct vague business problems into logical, AI-executable steps.
\n– Develop precise and technical prompt specifications for AI models.
\n– Build evaluation tools to ensure the quality and reliability of AI-generated solutions.<\/p>\n

We are looking for<\/p>\n

– Experience with Agentic Frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain, or frontier model SDKs like Anthropic, OpenAI).
\n– Strong understanding of quality software engineering principles for reading, debugging, and validating agent outputs.
\n– Advanced Systems Thinking: ability to break down complex problems into logical, AI-executable steps.<\/p>\n

It is meritorious if you have
\n– A Product Manager mindset, focusing on the ‘what’ to build rather than just the ‘how’.
\n– Advanced Prompt Engineering skills for writing clear and technical specifications.
\n– Uncompromising approach to quality, including building evaluation tools for LLM outputs.<\/p>\n
