Are you an organized and service minded professional who enjoys creating a smooth and high-quality workplace experience? Our client company is looking for an Operations Assistant to join a modern and growing operation in Kajaani.<\/p>\n

In this role, you will support the daily operations of the office and workplace environment by coordinating operational tasks, facility related matters, vendor cooperation, and administrative support for local management. The position combines practical coordination work with office administration in a modern and international working environment.<\/p>\n

Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Operations & Daily Flow<\/p>\n

You will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by managing non-IT office supplies, coordinating catering and meeting refreshments, and ensuring that the workplace remains organized, functional, and presentable at all times.<\/p>\n

Events & Hospitality<\/p>\n

The role includes assisting with the planning and coordination of staff events and team activities, making visitor arrangements, and handling practical matters related to premium company merchandise and hospitality.<\/p>\n

Facilities & Partnerships<\/p>\n

You will act as a contact person for vendors and local service providers, coordinate maintenanceand repair activities, and support office development and facility improvement projects together with external partners.<\/p>\n

Local Management Assistant Support<\/p>\n

In addition, you will provide administrative and coordination support to local management byassisting with scheduling, documentation, meeting materials, and internal communication, while helping maintain efficient operational information flow.<\/p>\n

What We Expect From You<\/p>\n

– Previous experience in office management, hospitality, facilities coordination, or a similar role
\n– Relevant educational background (business administration, hospitality management, facility management, or related field)
\n– Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
\n– A proactive and hands on working style
\n– Strong communication and coordination abilities
\n– Ability to support management with coordinating administrative tasks
\n– Fluency in both English and Finnish<\/p>\n
