We are looking for a Sr. Mainframe specialist to support a project migrating from Broadcom\/CA technologies tools to alternative solutions. In the role you will be working with the project team to analyse current use of different technologies in the bank, design and plan new replacing solutions, and supporting with rolling out the changes<\/p>\n
Detailed description of work task to be carried out:
\nResponsibilbities:
\n Work as member of the project team with tasks related to
\n Analysing the current use of mainframe software in the bank
\n Defining, assessing and designing the alternatives and the new solutions to replace the existing
\n Planning and executing migrations to the new target solution<\/p>\n
Skills:
\n Main skills we are looking for:
\n Knowledge & experience on working with IBM zOS
\n Knowledge of Endevor configuration
\n Experience on cross-platform communications
\n Knowledge of mainframe and midrange scripting languages
\n Knowledge of mainframe Unix System Service
\n Also beneficial:
\n Knowledge\/experience on CA tools such as Easytrieve, Telon, JCL Check, CA Spool, and TPX
\n Knowledge of mainframe SDLC, CICD and VSCode
\n Understanding of midrange tools and integration with mainframe
\n Mainframe infrastructure (transaction managers, databases, queue systems, CICS, IMS, …)<\/p>\n
Must-have knowledge and experience:
