**Role Overview**<\/p>\n

We are seeking an experienced **Cloud and Infrastructure Delivery Manager** to lead the endtoend delivery of cloud and infrastructure services for enterprise customers. Based in Helsinki, this role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements across Finland and the Nordics.<\/p>\n

The role combines **technical leadership, service governance, stakeholder management, and delivery accountability** across cloud platforms, data centers, networks, and end-user computing environments.<\/p>\n

**Key Responsibilities**<\/p>\n

**Service Delivery & Operations**<\/p>\n

– Own and manage the delivery of **cloud and infrastructure services** (Public, Private, and Hybrid Cloud).<\/p>\n

– Ensure services meet **SLA, SLO, and KPI** targets related to availability, performance, security, and cost.<\/p>\n

– Lead **incident, problem, change, and release management** in line with ITIL\/ITSM practices.<\/p>\n

– Oversee daily operations, health checks, capacity planning, and infrastructure lifecycle management.<\/p>\n

– Drive continual service improvement (CSI) initiatives and operational maturity.<\/p>\n

**Cloud & Infrastructure Management**<\/p>\n

– Manage environments across **AWS, Azure, GCP**, onprem infrastructure, virtualization (VMware\/HyperV), storage, backup, and networks.<\/p>\n

– Ensure **cloud cost optimization (FinOps)**, capacity forecasting, and usage governance.<\/p>\n

– Oversee infrastructure security posture, patching, vulnerability management, and DR\/BCP readiness.<\/p>\n

– Support cloud migrations, modernization, and data center transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n

**Governance, Risk & Compliance**<\/p>\n

– Ensure compliance with **EU and Finnish regulations** (GDPR, data residency, information security).<\/p>\n

– Support audits, risk assessments, and adherence to **ISO 27001, SOC, SOX**, or customer-specific controls.<\/p>\n

– Establish and maintain delivery governance, documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.<\/p>\n

**Stakeholder & Customer Management**<\/p>\n

– Act as the **primary delivery interface** for customers and internal stakeholders.<\/p>\n

– Lead service reviews, operational governance meetings, and executive escalations.<\/p>\n

– Partner closely with Architecture, Security, PMO, and Application teams.<\/p>\n

– Build strong relationships with vendors, cloud providers, and local partners.<\/p>\n

**Team Leadership**<\/p>\n

– Lead and mentor multi-skilled infrastructure and cloud teams (onshore\/offshore as needed).<\/p>\n

– Manage team capacity, skills development, workload distribution, and performance.<\/p>\n

– Promote a culture of accountability, automation, and operational excellence.<\/p>\n

**Required Skills & Experience**<\/p>\n

**Experience**<\/p>\n

– 10+ years in **IT Infrastructure \/ Cloud Operations**, with 46 years in a delivery or service management role.<\/p>\n

– Proven experience managing large-scale **enterprise or managed services environments**.<\/p>\n

– Strong background in **IT Service Management (ITIL-based delivery)**.<\/p>\n

**Technical Skills**<\/p>\n

– Cloud platforms: **Microsoft Azure (preferred), AWS, Google Cloud**<\/p>\n

– Infrastructure: Servers, virtualization, storage, backup, networks, firewalls<\/p>\n

– Monitoring & ITSM tools: ServiceNow, Azure Monitor, Datadog, OpsRamp, etc.<\/p>\n

– Strong understanding of **security, identity, access management, and compliance**<\/p>\n

– Exposure to **automation, IaC (Terraform\/Bicep), CI\/CD** is an advantage<\/p>\n

**Management & Soft Skills**<\/p>\n

– Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n

– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)<\/p>\n

– Ability to manage complex escalations and high-pressure situations<\/p>\n

– Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and governance skills<\/p>\n

**Certifications (Preferred)**<\/p>\n

– ITIL v4 (Foundation or higher)<\/p>\n

– Microsoft Azure Administrator \/ Architect<\/p>\n

– AWS Certified Solutions Architect<\/p>\n

– PMP \/ PRINCE2 \/ SAFe (advantageous)<\/p>\n

– ISO 27001 or Information Security certifications (nice to have)<\/p>\n

**Language Requirements**<\/p>\n

– **English** Fluent (mandatory)<\/p>\n

– **Finnish** Professional working proficiency is a strong advantage
