Lapland is one of the most unique winter destinations in the world known for its magical nature, vibrant tourism season, and unforgettable atmosphere. During your free time, you can: watch the northern lights dance across the sky, enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and winter sports, experience snowmobile and husky safaris, relax in peaceful Arctic nature<\/p>\n

About the role<\/p>\n

We are looking for skilled and service-minded a la carte and buffet waiters\/waitresses for high-quality restaurants, hotels, and ski resorts across Lapland.<\/p>\n

Season periods:<\/p>\n

– Christmas season: 1 Dec 2026 6 Jan 2027<\/p>\n

– Winter season: Nov\/Dec 2026 Mar\/Apr 2027<\/p>\n

What we expect from you<\/p>\n

– EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Finland<\/p>\n

– Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as waiter\/waitress<\/p>\n

– Good communicative English skills (other languages are a plus)<\/p>\n

– Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude<\/p>\n

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment<\/p>\n

– Finnish hygiene passport and alcohol serving license may be required we will assist you if needed.<\/p>\n

– Seasonal contract with possibility of extension<\/p>\n

– Extra pay for evenings, nights, Sundays, and overtime (Finnish collective agreement)<\/p>\n
