Maw Siivouspalvelut Oy is a Finnish cleaning and property services company operating across multiple regions in Finland, serving commercial, restaurant, and property sector clients.<\/p>\n

We are seeking motivated candidates interested in completing a Vocational Qualification in Cleaning and Property Services through an apprenticeship-oriented training pathway in cooperation with a Finnish vocational institution.<\/p>\n

The position combines workplace learning with vocational studies and provides practical experience in professional cleaning and hygiene-related environments.<\/p>\n

Main work tasks include:<\/p>\n

* Commercial cleaning<\/p>\n

* Restaurant and kitchen cleaning<\/p>\n

* Floor care and sanitation<\/p>\n

* Cleaning of customer and staff facilities<\/p>\n

* Use of professional cleaning equipment and chemicals<\/p>\n

* Maintaining hygiene and safety standards according to Finnish regulations<\/p>\n

* Supporting daily property and maintenance-related cleaning tasks<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n

* Previous experience in cleaning, sanitation, property services, or related practical work<\/p>\n

* Interest in vocational education and professional skills development<\/p>\n

* Ability to work in physically active environments<\/p>\n

* Basic English communication skills (Finnish language skills are considered an advantage)<\/p>\n

* Motivation to learn Finnish workplace and hygiene standards<\/p>\n

The work may take place across different operational locations in Finland depending on the training plan and customer sites.<\/p>\n

Employment terms, apprenticeship arrangements, and workplace learning will be carried out in accordance with Finnish labour and vocational education regulations.<\/p>\n
