Position Overview<\/p>\n

ACTRIS ERIC is seeking a Project Communication Officer to support ACTRIS in the design, implementation, coordination and reporting of communication, dissemination, and impact activities within EU-funded projects, while ensuring coherence between project activities and ACTRIS operations.<\/p>\n

Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n

– Project-focused communication and dissemination planning in alignment with EU requirements, project objectives, and resources.<\/p>\n

– Implementation and coordination of project-level communication activities, including coordination with project partners.<\/p>\n

– Monitoring and reporting, contributing to project periodic reports and reviews with the European Commission, and to ACTRIS ERIC Head Office.<\/p>\n

– Project proposal writing, notably sections related to Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication planning and impact.<\/p>\n

– Internal coordination, working closely with ACTRIS Communication Officer for content creation and branding.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n

– Degree in communications, journalism, marketing or in a scientific field<\/p>\n

– 3-5 years of relevant experience with EU-funded projects, notably on communications, dissemination activities<\/p>\n

– English proficiency (spoken and written)<\/p>\n

– Strong writing and visual communication skills<\/p>\n

– Proficiency in MS Office<\/p>\n

– Experience in Research Infrastructures<\/p>\n

– Scientific background in atmospheric sciences or a relevant field<\/p>\n
