Promotek Oy is a biggest and leading face-to-face fundraising company in Finland working with international organizations such as WWF, Amnesty International, M\u00e9decins Sans Fronti\u00e8res, Plan International, and now World Vision.<\/p>\n

We operate where people are shopping centers, streets, and events and build high-performing teams that deliver real results.<\/p>\n

**What This Job Actually Is**<\/p>\n

You will work in busy public locations, approaching people, starting conversations, and inviting them to support World vision<\/p>\n

You will speak to hundreds of people per day .<\/p>\n

Some will ignore you. Some will say no.<\/p>\n

Some will say yes because of you.<\/p>\n

This job is simple.<\/p>\n

But it is not easy.<\/p>\n

What You Will Do<\/p>\n

Approach people confidently in public locations<\/p>\n

Start conversations and build quick trust<\/p>\n

Represent World Vision professionally<\/p>\n

Explain campaigns clearly and convincingly<\/p>\n

Ask for commitment and close donors<\/p>\n

Work towards daily and weekly targets<\/p>\n

**Who This Is For**<\/p>\n

Valid work permit<\/p>\n

Speak English, Finnish or Swedish.<\/p>\n

Are confident or want to become confident<\/p>\n
