Salesperson Position Available at Northern Lights Village!<\/p>\n

The Northern Lights Village brand was born in 2016 and since then we have opened three resorts in Finnish Lapland. About the Job<\/p>\n

We are seeking 3-4 experienced Salespersons to join our company, who will work in our Sales Office in Ivalo.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

* Replying to guests and agents email & phone enquiries
\n* Making reservations, amendments and cancellations of hotel, restaurant, transfer and activity bookings
\n* Carefully planning guests itineraries and offering solutions for their requests
\n* Diligently communicating booking updates to the operations team<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and customer service
\n* Fluent spoken and written English
\n* Good overall knowledge of the hospitality industry
\n* Familiarity with hotel software
\n* Effective communication skills
\n* Friendly nature<\/p>\n

Beneficial Qualifications<\/p>\n

* Fluency in Finnish in addition to English
\n* Knowledge of the local area
\n* Experience with Mews, FareHarbor & Asana
\n* Understanding hotel operation metrics
\n* Ability to work flexibly in different shifts (morning, evening, weekends)<\/p>\n

Pay, duration and benefits<\/p>\n

* 112,5 working hours per 3-week period, with some overtime possible
\n* Start: September\/October End: February\/March
\n* Salary negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience
\n* Other benefits according to the collective labor agreement
\n* Benefits offered by the company, including private health care services
\n* If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for \u20ac300,00\/month<\/p>\n
