**Join us as a Service Instructor in Cleaning Services in Salla**<\/p>\n

Are you a professional in the cleaning services industry and interested in a guiding role where you can support the teams daily work and ensure high-quality service?<\/p>\n

You will work under a supervisor as a service supervisor, with a key responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation and quality of cleaning at the client site. You will act as a key link between employees, management, and customers, supporting your supervisor. However, the role does not include formal managerial responsibility.<\/p>\n

Customer service is central to the role, and success requires a customer-oriented mindset and strong interaction skills. In your position, you directly influence the customer experience and the smoothness of client relationships, so active collaboration, clear communication, and a solution-oriented approach are essential.<\/p>\n

**Your responsibilities include, among others:**<\/p>\n

– Ensuring the daily cleaning work runs smoothly and meets quality standards, as well as planning work distribution and using resources cost-effectively<\/p>\n

– Continuously developing operations together with your supervisor and actively contributing improvement ideas<\/p>\n

– Guiding and onboarding staff<\/p>\n

– Collaborating with clients<\/p>\n

– Regular participation in practical cleaning work<\/p>\n

**We expect you to have:**<\/p>\n

– Experience in cleaning work and knowledge of facility cleaning<\/p>\n

– The ability to guide and support the work community in daily situations and provide clear feedback<\/p>\n

– Good organizational skills and initiative<\/p>\n

– A customer-friendly approach and positive attitude<\/p>\n

– The ability to work under pressure and solve problems<\/p>\n

– Communication skills in Finnish or English, both spoken and written. Language skills are important in a guiding role to ensure understanding of work instructions, safe working practices, and proper management of the employment relationship<\/p>\n

– A valid work permit if you are not a Finnish citizen<\/p>\n

– A drivers license<\/p>\n

**Considered an advantage:**<\/p>\n

– Previous experience in supervisory or leadership roles<\/p>\n

– A hygiene passport and\/or occupational safety card<\/p>\n

– A permanent, full-time employment contract (37.5 hours per week)<\/p>\n

– Work shifts on weekdays and weekends, mainly in the mornings and daytime (flexibility for different shifts is appreciated)<\/p>\n
