We continue strong growth.<\/em><br \/>\u00a0<br \/>We are looking for a <strong>Group Controller<\/strong> to strengthen our group-level financial reporting. In this role, you ensure accurate and compliant group reporting across Cadmatic\u2019s international organization. You report to the Head of Accounting and Compliance, P\u00e4ivi Sarasniemi, and work closely with Financial Controllers across the group. This position is based in <strong>Turku, Finland.<\/strong> At Cadmatic, we work in a hybrid model.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<strong>What you will work on:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Producing timely and accurate consolidated financial statements<\/li>\n<li>Participating\u00a0in\u00a0implementation\u00a0of group consolidation tool\u00a0and acting as a key user of the tool\u00a0after the implementation<\/li>\n<li>Converting local financial figures into IFRS\u2011compliant group reporting<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring IFRS updates and implementing required changes in finance processes<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing internal controls related to group reporting and maintaining documentation<\/li>\n<li>Participating in audits and supporting audit processes<\/li>\n<li>Supporting Financial Controllers in group reporting and IFRS\u2011related topics<\/li>\n<li>Participating in process development work and different projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Why this role matters<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Group Controller, you help ensure that Cadmatic\u2019s financial reporting is accurate, consistent, and fully aligned with IFRS across the group. Your work gives leadership and key stakeholders a reliable foundation for decision\u2011making in a growing, international organization. Acting as a bridge between local finance teams and group\u2011level reporting, you support shared ways of working and bring clarity to complex consolidation topics.
