**Do you like order and want to do work that matters? Are you skilled at organizing and are you excited about getting things running smoothly?** At Siskon Siivous, Housekeeping Team Leaders are key people they keep the strings in their hands and ensure that our team can do their best.<\/p>\n

We are now looking for **a Service Instructor in Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4**<\/p>\n

**What does your workday look like?**<\/p>\n

As a Service Instructor, you ensure that operations at the sites run smoothly and efficiently. You guide and support cleaners, oversee quality control, and make sure that customer expectations align with our operations. Your work is independent, but you collaborate closely with both clients and your own team. The role of a service supervisor includes handling customer service situations, and you are also responsible for introducing employees to work procedures and occupational safety guidelines.<\/p>\n

**You will succeed in your job if you have:**<\/p>\n

– Experience in housekeeping and team leadership<\/p>\n

– A reliable, dedicated and detail-oriented approach to work<\/p>\n

– Good organizational and interaction skills<\/p>\n

– Ability to lead and motivate a team<\/p>\n

– Fluency in Finnish or English, other languages a plus<\/p>\n

– B-driver’s license<\/p>\n

– Working hours: 37.5 hours per week<\/p>\n

– **Working hours** are from Monday to Sunday between 5 am to 10 pm<\/p>\n
