Enersense Engineering Oy is seeking an experienced **Mechanical Supervisor** for our client’s international industrial projects in Asia. The first assignment will be a 100-day project in China, starting at the end of May 2026, with a possibility of extension or transfer to subsequent projects.<\/p>\n

The role offers an opportunity to work in a demanding, international project environment as part of an experienced project team focused on large-scale industrial construction in the pulp & paper sector.<\/p>\n

**Main tasks and responsibilities:**<\/p>\n

– Supervise mechanical installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities on site<\/p>\n

– Ensure quality, schedule, and safety compliance of mechanical works within the lime kiln and white liquor plant (recausticizing) area<\/p>\n

– Coordinate and guide contractors in collaboration with the project organization<\/p>\n

– Conduct inspections and ensure accurate reporting and project documentation<\/p>\n

– Work closely with client representatives, suppliers, and other project stakeholders<\/p>\n

**Requirements:**<\/p>\n

– Suitable engineering degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineering)<\/p>\n

– Previous experience in mechanical supervision in industrial projects<\/p>\n

– Strong experience in lime kiln and white liquor plant (recausticizing) systems, preferably in new build projects<\/p>\n

– Ability to work in international project environments and coordinate multi-contractor teams<\/p>\n

– Good communication and teamwork skills<\/p>\n

– Fluent English language skills<\/p>\n
