We continue strong growth.<\/em><br \/>\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0We are now looking for a <strong>Senior Sales Account Manager \u2013 Marine\u00a0<\/strong>in <strong>India<\/strong> to grow Cadmatic\u2019s business across the region. In this role, you take ownership of a defined territory and named accounts. You focus on winning new business, growing existing customer relationships, and building a strong, predictable sales pipeline in a complex B2B environment. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Director, India, Amit Joshi. In India, we have offices in Mumbai, Goa, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad. \u00a0At Cadmatic, we work in a hybrid model. <br \/>\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<strong>What you will work on:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Driving new business and expanding existing accounts within shipbuilding and related industries, with a clear focus on orders and revenue targets<\/li>\n<li>Building long\u2011term, trust\u2011based relationships with C\u2011level executives, acting as a trusted advisor to customers<\/li>\n<li>Identifying growth opportunities within existing customers, including white space and competitive install base<\/li>\n<li>Developing account plans and sales strategies that engage C\u2011level executives and key decision makers<\/li>\n<li>Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting and regular reporting<\/li>\n<li>Planning and executing demand generation activities together with marketing, product specialists, and the high\u2011velocity team<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with support and delivery teams to progress opportunities and ensure customer success<\/li>\n<li>Communicating sales status, plans, and campaigns as part of monthly and quarterly business reviews<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>What helps you succeed in this role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>5\u20138 years of experience and a proven track record in direct sales or account management, ideally within software solutions for shipbuilding, O&amp;G, plant owner\u2011operators, or EPC companies<\/li>\n<li>Relevant degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, Business, or Information Technology and background in shipbuilding, process industries, or other complex engineering industry<\/li>\n<li>Experience and confidence working with long sales cycles and senior\u2011level stakeholders.
