We are looking for WAITERS \/ WAITRESSES for Northern Lights Ranch, in Lapland, Finland.<\/p>\n

Northern Lights Ranch is a unique boutique hotel situated in Finnish Lapland nearly 200 km North of Arctic Circle. As the name already suggests, Northern Lights Ranch is located at an ideal location for being able to see the Northern Lights. However, it is still close to the diverse range of other services and Arctic activities that travelers seek for as the distance to the ski resort of Levi is just 15 km and 30 km to Kittil\u00e4 airport.<\/p>\n

Northern Lights Ranch’s international clientele consists primarily of individual leisure travelers as well as a variety of groups looking for once-in-a-lifetime experiences in an Arctic setting accompanied by top quality accommodation, restaurant and activity services. The guest accommodation at Northern Lights Ranch consists of 28 log cabins with huge windows and glass ceilings, with views of the surrounding nature and the northern sky. The cabins have Scandinavian design with great attention to detail to provide a truly unforgettable stay.
\nIn addition to the unique form of accommodation, the high-quality, atmospheric restaurant also serves as a venue for many private events, including weddings and group dinners in the winter season. The ingredients for the menus and products are locally sourced and we take a lot of pride in preparing everything from scratch to finish by ourselves.<\/p>\n

As a waiter\/waitress, your responsibilities will include all restaurant service tasks breakfast, lunch, and \u00e0 la carte along with other restaurant duties. You may also support other departments such as reception and housekeeping when needed.<\/p>\n

In addition to restaurant duties, there may be working hours available for cleaning apartments or assisting in customer service. Please indicate in your application if you’re interested in this type of “hybrid role.”<\/p>\n

The job starts in November 2026 and lasts until the end of the spring season 2027 (approximately until MarchApril).<\/p>\n

– Previous experience as a waiter\/waitress<\/p>\n

– Understanding of seasonal work in Lapland and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations<\/p>\n

– Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills<\/p>\n

– Fluent spoken English; other language skills are a plus<\/p>\n

– Hygiene and alcohol serving certificates (You can complete these during winter season)<\/p>\n

– Drivers license<\/p>\n
