The role involves supporting cloud-based portal solutions and defining integration approaches within Agile and DevOps frameworks.<br \/>\n&#8211; Gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.<br \/>\n&#8211; Act as a techno-functional bridge between business stakeholders, portal development teams, and backend application teams.<br \/>\n&#8211; Work in Agile and DevOps teams, documenting business needs using tools like Confluence\/JIRA.<br \/>\n&#8211; Contribute to the design and support of end-to-end customer portal solutions, ensuring reliable and scalable implementations.<br \/>\n&#8211; Support cloud-based portal solutions built on Microsoft Azure, including services such as App Services and Front Door.<br \/>\n&#8211; Participate in defining and validating integration approaches, including API-based, GraphQL, and batch integrations.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ensure that user management, access control, and cybersecurity best practices are followed in portal solutions.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Combined technical and functional expertise in customer portals or digital solutions.<br \/>\n&#8211; Hands-on experience covering the full lifecycle of portal development and ongoing support.<br \/>\n&#8211; Familiarity with Agile and DevOps ways of working.<br \/>\n&#8211; Good understanding of Azure-based cloud architecture for custom portals, alongside foundational knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies.<br \/>\n&#8211; Keen interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance the development process.<br \/>\n&#8211; Solid understanding of modern integration patterns and backend connectivity.<br \/>\n&#8211; Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and general user management principles.<br \/>\n&#8211; Strong facilitation skills to bridge the gap between technical teams (e.g., developers, integration specialists) and business units.<br \/>\n&#8211; Fluency in English.<br \/>\n&#8211; Relevant educational background in Information Technology, Data Science, or comparable practical industry experience.<\/p>\n<p>To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:<br \/>\n&#8211; A systematic, cooperative, and quality-driven approach to work.<br \/>\n&#8211; A self-driven attitude with the capability to take charge.<\/p>\n<p>Our recruitment process<br \/>\nThis recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our clients wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.<\/p>\n<p>Our selection process is continuous and the advert may close before the recruitment process is completed if we have moved forward to the next phase.
