You will drive improvements in existing dashboards on PowerBI and Qlik and your core mission is to ensure data integrity and usability by mastering PowerBIs DAX language to create consistent measures and audit performance. As a consultant at Academic Work you are offered a great opportunity to grow as a professional, extend your network and establish valuable contacts for the future.<\/p>\n<p>Work tasks<br \/>\n&#8211; Write consistent formulas for measures and visuals across both PowerBI and Qlik Sense<br \/>\n&#8211; Master and audit existing PowerBI measures using the DAX language to improve usability and performance<br \/>\n&#8211; Understand the data model to pinpoint error sources and collaborate closely with the Data Platform Engineer<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Relevant educational background (e.g. Business Analytics)<br \/>\n&#8211; Mastery of PowerBI&#8217;s DAX language for designing consistent formulas, calculations, and complex business logic (e.g., margin)<br \/>\n&#8211; The ability to write SQL queries or utilize AI-assisted tools to connect to Databricks<br \/>\n&#8211; Focus on front-end development, concentrating on data visualization, measure consistency, and performance auditing<br \/>\n&#8211; Fluency in written and spoken English<\/p>\n<p>To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:<br \/>\n&#8211; A highly Self-Driven and Proactive mindset, with the courage to test and move forward even when facing roadblocks or communication gaps.<br \/>\n&#8211; An Entrepreneurial and Curious attitude, driven by a genuine desire to create new solutions and maximize your personal contribution.<br \/>\n&#8211; Excellent Communicator and a &#8220;Requirement Translator&#8221; who can effectively articulate technical needs and navigate business owner requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Our recruitment process<br \/>\nThis recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our clients wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.<\/p>\n<p>Our selection process is continuous and the advert may close before the recruitment process is completed if we have moved forward to the next phase.
