**Experienced builder \/ carpenter wanted**<\/p>\n

*Full renovation of a detached house \u00b7 Vantaa, Finland \u00b7 Start immediately \u00b7 Duration 23 months*<\/p>\n

We are looking for a skilled and reliable builder or carpenter to carry out a comprehensive renovation of a detached house built in 1977. The project includes a full wet room renovation, interior surface work, and the construction of new outdoor terraces.<\/p>\n

**Key tasks**<\/p>\n

– Concrete pour and floor drain installation in the bathroom<\/p>\n

– Waterproofing of the bathroom floor<\/p>\n

– Full tiling of the bathroom (floor and walls)<\/p>\n

– Surface renovation of other rooms (floors, walls, painting)<\/p>\n

– Design and construction of outdoor terrace(s)<\/p>\n

– Other general renovation tasks related to a 1970s house<\/p>\n

**Required skills**<\/p>\n

– Proven experience with wet rooms and waterproofing<\/p>\n

– Competence in concrete work<\/p>\n

– Tiling experience<\/p>\n

– General surface renovation skills (plastering, painting, flooring)<\/p>\n

– Experience building outdoor decks\/terraces<\/p>\n

– Familiarity with older construction methods (1970s buildings)<\/p>\n

– Ability to work independently and manage a schedule<\/p>\n

**Considered an asset**<\/p>\n

– Vocational or trade qualification in construction<\/p>\n

– References from similar renovation projects<\/p>\n

– Own tools and equipment preferred<\/p>\n
