**We are looking for a Cleaner in Forssa**<\/p>\n

N-Clean has succeeded in the HUMAN POWER competition for several years, which demonstrates our long-term work in developing a people-oriented and responsible working life. In 2024 we were selected as the most people-oriented workplace, and in 2025 we placed third in the competition and achieved 3rd place in the Finlands Most People-Oriented Working Life Act category. This recognition reflects our people-oriented recruitment approach, where encounter, appreciation and candidate experience are at the center.<\/p>\n

At the beginning of the employment, your workplace will be a store\/workshop, where work is mainly carried out on weekday evenings from 15:00 to 20:00. In this position, you will work independently at our customer site and be responsible for the cleanliness of the site as well as other customer service tasks related to cleaning services.<\/p>\n

We offer you a permanent and part-time employment contract, 14 hours per week. Work starts according to agreement. Salary is determined in accordance with the collective agreement for property service employees and depends on your job duties. The trainee salary is \u20ac11.03\/hour, after which the salary is \u20ac12.26\/hour.<\/p>\n

Success in this position requires a positive attitude, willingness to learn new things, and the ability to work as a reliable and careful team player. A customer-friendly working approach and the ability to create a positive atmosphere in the work community are important qualities. Previous experience and\/or education in cleaning work is considered an advantage but is not necessary.<\/p>\n

The job does not require good Finnish language skills if your English language skills are fluent; in that case, basic Finnish language skills are sufficient. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already have a valid work permit when applying.<\/p>\n
