You will be based at our head office in Helsinki but will primarily have activities in stores &#8211; in your regions in the country.<\/p>\n<p>**Your role**<\/p>\n<p>As a People Development Partner, you will be the link between our People Development initiatives and the everyday life in our Finnish stores. You will be given a wide range of tasks from recruitment and onboarding to leadership development and business partnering all with a focus on developing both people and the organization. You will participate in leadership group meetings and contribute actively to the People agenda.<\/p>\n<p>**Your responsibilities**<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Drive and support recruitment processes primarily at management level<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Be a close sparring partner for the leaders in your regions &#8211; also in relation to strengthening our leadership pipeline<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Drive and support onboarding of new employees and managers<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Teach at our internal management training courses and run workshops<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Facilitate leadership development initiatives and ensure that concepts become practice<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Contribute to the development and implementation of People Development activities in everyday life<\/p>\n<p>**Who are you?**<\/p>\n<p>You are an empathetic relationship builder who meets people at eye level, and you are able to create trust and support among both managers and employees. You have a high drive, like to take initiative and do not wait for others to get you started. You think business and people together &#8211; and can translate strategic initiatives into concrete actions.
