The heart of our kitchen is a large open-fire grill, where we create delicious, simple food\u2014with a relaxed yet efficient approach. Pamela is open from lunch into the evening.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently looking for a Kitchen Shift Supervisor to strengthen our professional team. You will work closely with the Head Chef. We offer a contract of 90\u2013112.5 hours per three-week period, taking the applicants preferences into account.<\/p>\n<p>**How does that sound?**<br \/>\nIf Mediterranean-style, simple food, cooking over an open fire (or learning to do so!), and a dynamic work environment inspire you, send us your application!
