You\u2019ll be part of a team shaping the future of electromobility while rapidly developing your own skills.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sales Manager Nordics &#8211; Modular Battery Platforms (Off<\/strong><strong>\u2011<\/strong><strong>Highway Markets)\/Finland or Sweden<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>We are seeking a Sales Manager for the Nordic region<\/strong> to drive growth for modular battery products (MBP) within the Off\u2011Highway segment. You will join an international sales team and play a central role in developing business with OEMs and key customers across construction, mining, agriculture, truck &amp; bus industries and material\u2011handling applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities include<\/strong> driving sales growth of our own products and identifying, approaching, and acquiring new customers within the Off\u2011Highway segment. You will nurture and strengthen relationships with existing OEM accounts and key stakeholders. Close cross\u2011functional collaboration with engineering, project management, and production teams is essential, accompanied with supporting technical system sales across both battery systems and powertrain components.<\/p>\n<p>Your Ideal Profile<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5\u20138 years of project\u2011based or solution sales experience with solid technical understanding, preferably within Off\u2011Highway, commercial vehicles or battery\u2011related industries.<\/li>\n<li>Background in powertrain, hydraulics, chassis, mechatronics, or similar technical areas is considered an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Strong capabilities in customer acquisition, needs assessment, communication, and negotiation.<\/li>\n<li>A proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing complex, long sales cycles.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with Nordic OEMs or Tier\u20111 suppliers is beneficial.<\/li>\n<li>A degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Finnish or Swedish, combined with good English skills.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel 1\u20133 days per week across Sweden and Finland for customer visits, fairs, and visiting OEMs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a person, you are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>independent, communicative, and proactive in your working style<\/li>\n<li>genuinely interested in technical sales and motivated by continuous learning<\/li>\n<li>energetic, structured, and strongly focused on effective sales management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We offer you a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, flexible working arrangements, structured onboarding and strong development opportunities.
