The ideal candidate must be a specialist in preparing authentic &#8220;Dhaka-style&#8221; Kacchi Biryani and Tehari, while also maintaining high speed and quality at our Pizza and Smash Burger station.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Specialized Cooking: Preparation of authentic Bangladeshi traditional dishes from scratch, specifically Kacchi Biryani and Tehari.<br \/>\nBuffet Management: Managing volume cooking for lunch buffets, ensuring consistency in taste and temperature for large groups.<br \/>\nFast Food Service: High-speed preparation of hand-tossed pizzas and smash burgers during peak lunch and weekend rushes.<br \/>\nMenu Development: Assisting in recipe adjustment for spice levels while maintaining authentic flavor profiles.<br \/>\nKitchen Operations: Managing food inventory, minimizing waste, and ensuring strict hygiene standards.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements (Must Have):<\/p>\n<p>Proven Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of professional kitchen experience is required.<br \/>\nCulinary Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in South Asian traditional cooking (specifically the &#8220;Dum&#8221; cooking method for Biryani) is mandatory.<br \/>\nDual Skillset: Must have experience working in a fast-paced fast-food environment (Pizza\/Burger) in addition to traditional catering.<br \/>\nLanguage: Professional proficiency in English is required.
