CNC Programmer & Operator (HMC) <\/p>\n

We are looking for an experienced and independent CNC Programmer\/Operator. The role focuses on operating a Horizontal Milling Machine (Burkhard + Weber MRC80) with a focus on high-precision machining of large components.<\/p>\n

Technical Specifications:<\/p>\n

* Machine: Horizontal Milling machine Burkhard + Weber MRC80 (X 1600, Y 1200, Z 1000) with two 1000×1000 pallets.<\/p>\n

* Controls: Siemens Sinumerik.<\/p>\n

* Material: Black steel, casting blanks, and welded steel structures.<\/p>\n

* Workload: Small series production (1 to 20 pcs), handling pieces weighing from 1kg up to 5 tons.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n

* Over 5 years of experience in CNC machining.<\/p>\n

* Strong ability to work as an independent programmer and setter.<\/p>\n

* Excellent understanding of technical drawings.<\/p>\n

* Language: Communicative English.<\/p>\n

What We Offer:<\/p>\n

* Salary: \u20ac16.00 \u2013 \u20ac18.00 per hour (depending on experience).<\/p>\n

* Contract: Permanent position.<\/p>\n

* Shift Work: 2-shift system.<\/p>\n

* Start Date: As soon as a skilled person is found.<\/p>\n

Accommodation in company apartment (own room in a shared apartment in a block of flats \u2013 rent from 220\u20ac\/month)<\/p>\n
