Infusion & Prepreg Laminator (Luxury Yachts)<\/p>\n

Role Overview: We are seeking high-precision Composite Technicians specializing in Vacuum Resin Infusion (VRI) and Prepreg technologies for the construction of high-performance luxury hulls and components. This role is dedicated to craftsmen who understand the physics of resin flow and the criticality of fiber-to-resin ratios.<\/p>\n

Technical Requirements:<\/p>\n

* Vacuum Bagging Mastery: Full proficiency in building airtight vacuum envelopes, including the placement of breathers, peel plies, and flow media.<\/p>\n

* Infusion Strategy: Experience in setting up complex feed lines and manifold systems for large-scale infusions.<\/p>\n

* Prepreg Processing: Deep understanding of out-of-autoclave (OOA) or oven-cured prepreg layup, including strict temperature control management.<\/p>\n

* Blueprint Literacy: Ability to interpret complex laminate schedules and ply books.<\/p>\n

Project Details:<\/p>\n

* Start Date: March 2026.<\/p>\n

* Materials: Carbon fiber, aramid, and high-grade epoxy systems.<\/p>\n

* Focus: Structural integrity and weight-saving optimization for luxury vessels.<\/p>\n
