Recruitment planning and the approval process are both easy to handle with an electronic recruitment permit.
You can apply for a recruitment permit with an electronic form containing the most pertinent information regarding the recruitment, such as job title, basis for filling the position, type of employment, basis for temporary work status (if work is temporary), and other standard information.
Approval cycle can also be applied to electronic recruitment. In addition to the traditional three-stage approval (motion, second and approval), more (or less) stages can be specified.
The system sends an email reminder when a recruitment permit is submitted for handling. This keeps those responsible for seconding and approving up to date, even when the recruitment sotware is not in daily use.
