Application sorting, classification, commenting, applicant communication and aggregation are great tools for finding the best applicant and projecting a positive employer image for all applicants.

Status

The status tells you where the applicant is in the recruitment process. The statuses also work as automation points in applicant communications, as you can assign automated communications to any status. You could, for example, send an automated invite to interview once an applicant’s status changes to “For interview”. Simple and neat, right?

Star rating and a chat-type commenting tool

You can use star ratings to group applicants based on e.g. suitability. If there are several people involved in the recruitment, they can each give their star ratings and comments.

Tagging

You can use the tag cloud to add skill and competence markings. With tags, you can easily go back and even find applicants in the talent pool who finished second.

Suitability, eligibility, follow-up flags, interview notes... recruiter notes can be expanded when necessary.

Automatic deletion of applications

Applications are kept in the system for a set time period, after which they are automatically deleted. By adhering to the proper retention period you can ensure that your recruitment is compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legislation.
