The data in the LAURA recruitment software is stored in Finland. With the data center for our service located in Finland, we ensure our service is truly domestic and compliant with the GDPR.

Ready-to-use privacy statement
Describing privacy policies can be quite time-consuming. With the LAURA™ recruitment software, you get a pre-written privacy statement customized specifically for recruitment. You are of course free to draft your own statement.

Automatic deletion of applications
Old applications are automatically deleted when their retention time is up. Retention time (e.g. 2 years) is agreed with the employer.

Applicant’s rights
Applicant rights, such as the right to review and rectify your data, are considered in the service and in the pre-written privacy statement.

Rectifying personal data
Applicant can use their credentials to update their contact information at any time. The application can be updated during the application period, and even after if allowed by the employer.

Can the application be used in other recruitments?
The form templates ask for permission to use the application for any other positions that might open.
